Mother Nature's Black Light Rainbow (also known as Black Light Rainbow) is a psychedelic, stoner rock, sludge metal, alternative rock, hard rock, and grunge band originating from Newark and Wilmington, DE. Formed around 1990, the band initially performed under the name "Fire Tribe" before changing it to Mother Nature's Black Light Rainbow. They quickly became a fixture in the regional independent music scene, known for their powerful sound and engaging live shows, including an early appearance at Wilburfest in Newark around 1990. Their discography includes a demo from 1993, a 1995 7-inch single, and several recordings released on their Bandcamp page, showcasing their consistent musical output and evolution. The band has performed across the Mid-Atlantic, with recorded live performances in places like Wilkes-Barre, PA, and Baltimore, MD.
